1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, using, or creating an account on Ryntit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms, you must discontinue use of Ryntit immediately.
2. Nature of the Service
Ryntit is a neutral online platform facilitating third-party party rental transactions between vendors and renters. Ryntit does not own, manage, inspect, deliver, or guarantee any of the rental items listed. We do not act as an agent for either party.
3. User Eligibility
By using Ryntit, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements.
4. Data Collection & Privacy
By using Ryntit, you expressly consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This includes but is not limited to:
- Personal details provided during account creation
- Transaction and rental history
- Device and location data
- Usage behavior on the platform
If you do not agree to our data collection practices, do not use Ryntit.
5. Vendor Responsibilities
- All listings must be accurate, legal, and up-to-date.
- Vendors assume all risks related to renting their items, including but not limited to loss, damage, theft, and non-return.
- Vendors agree that Ryntit is not responsible for enforcing rental agreements or recovering lost/damaged property.
- All rental items must comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
6. Renter Responsibilities
- They are fully responsible for the item’s condition from the time of pickup/delivery until its return.
- They will pay for any damages, loss, theft, or unreturned items at the vendor’s discretion.
- Ryntit does not guarantee item quality, safety, or fitness for a particular purpose.
- They assume all risks associated with using rented items, including injury, property damage, or any third-party claims.
7. No Liability & Indemnification
Ryntit is not liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or disputes arising from any rental transactions.
By using Ryntit, you waive and release Ryntit, its employees, officers, directors, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and legal fees arising from your use of the platform.
